About Our Program
Horizon Learning Center provides the space and supervision needed for students who might otherwise be unable to be homeschooled, or whose parents desire a protected yet social learning environment. Students engage in self-directed learning through BJU Press’s online video curriculum and student workbooks.

While students work and learn independently, they are supported in building relationships with their peers during lunch, recess, chapel, and group activities. Our school days mirror a traditional school setting, as students work alongside one another and change subjects periodically.

Our academic coaches supervise, keep students on task, and foster a Christ-centered learning environment. Our coaches are not equivalent to teachers; ultimately, the parent at home serves as the teacher for each student.

Cost:
Cost varies based on grade level and course selections. Typically, the total ranges from $3,200 to $3,700 per child for the 10-month enrollment period. This amount includes monthly tuition payments as well as the purchase of curriculum.
